Quotes and pricing

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes cover the work described at the time of inspection; variations found once work begins, such as hidden repairs, are priced and agreed before they are carried out.

Booking and access

Agreed start dates depend on weather and the completion of prior jobs. We ask for clear access to the work areas, and for fragile items to be moved before we arrive where practical.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on each invoice. Larger jobs may be invoiced in stages as work progresses. Materials remain the property of Puhoi Painters & Decorators Ltd until paid for in full.

Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If something is not right, tell us and we will come back and put it right. This does not cover damage caused after completion, movement in the building, or product failure outside our control.

Health and safety

We work to safe practices on every site. Please keep children and pets clear of work areas, ladders and materials while work is under way.
